Spring

• Gutter cleaning (1-story max)

• Air filter replacement (client-supplied)

• Window & door caulking

• Exterior inspection & minor repairs

• Pressure washing of siding (up to 500 sq. ft.)

Summer

• Pressure wash driveway, porch, or patio area

• Check and clean dryer vent

• Check and replace hose bibs/outdoor faucets

• Heavy debris gutter clean-out

Fall

• Inspect roofing, windows, and doors for winter prep

• Replace smoke/CO detector batteries (client-supplied)

• Replace air filters as needed

• Clear and inspect roof (if accessible)

• Clean and prepare HVAC systems for cold weather

Winter

• Clean and inspect exterior lighting

• Check and clean HVAC vents

• Inspect exterior foundation for cracks or damage

• Insulate exposed pipes

• Inspect attic & crawlspace for insulation integrity
