For this recent project, Hansen Contracting & Repairs built a new Trex® composite deck and completed the space with a custom-built wood trellis designed specifically for the home.
A Low-Maintenance Outdoor Upgrade
Trex composite decking provides the look and functionality of a traditional deck without the ongoing maintenance that comes with natural wood decking. Its durability and low-maintenance design make it a great option for Pacific Northwest homes, where decks are regularly exposed to rain and changing weather conditions.
For this project, the new composite decking created a clean, finished outdoor space designed for long-term use and enjoyment.
A Custom Finishing Touch
What really made this project unique was the custom-built trellis.
Rather than adding a standard, prefabricated feature, the trellis was built specifically for the space and designed to complement the new deck and the home.
