Lead Carpenter
We’re currently hiring for a temporary full-time Lead Carpenter position with the potential for future opportunities based on workload and fit.
This position is ideal for someone who:
Takes pride in quality craftsmanship
Communicates professionally with clients and team members
Can work independently and lead projects confidently
Values reliability, organization, and professionalism
Has residential remodeling and carpentry experience
Projects may include:
Deck construction & replacements
Remodeling & renovations
Finish carpentry
Flooring installation
General residential repairs & improvements
Responsibilities
Lead daily field operations on assigned projects
Coordinate workflow and task assignments
Maintain productivity and project progress
Perform advanced carpentry and remodeling work
Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites
Communicate professionally with clients
Train and support laborers or apprentices
Follow and enforce company safety standards
Qualifications
3–5+ years of carpentry or remodeling experience preferred
Strong understanding of residential construction practices
Reliable transportation
Valid driver’s license
Ability to work safely and professionally
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Compensation
$28–35/hour depending on experience, skill level, and qualifications.
